Grace College invites applications and nominations for the full time position of Medical Imaging Clinical Coordinator. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and coordinating all aspects of student clinical placements with the program’s clinical facility partners. Primary duties include identifying and securing clinical sites, procuring and renewing clinical affiliation agreements, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with clinical facility partners. The Clinical Coordinator will serve as the liaison among clinical sites, clinical instructors and staff, faculty, and students to ensure compliance with all placement requirements and contractual obligations. Additional responsibilities may include limited didactic and laboratory instruction, academic advising and mentorship, departmental and college service and ongoing professional development.

Requirements
Qualifications: This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a medical imaging professional who is committed to program growth and student development. The successful candidate will possess:
A minimum of an associate’s degree in medical imaging, radiologic science, or a related field (bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred).
A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a medical imaging specialty, sonography preferred.
A strong understanding of various medical imaging procedures (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound).
Excellent abilities in planning, scheduling, and record management to coordinate clinical rotations and student placements.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with students, clinical sites, and faculty.
The ability to provide competent supervision and objective evaluation of student performance in clinical settings.
A desire to integrate faith with learning in all areas of life.
Proficiency with educational and clinical software systems.
Prior clinical coordination experience, and current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation guidelines governing medical imaging education is preferred.
Current sonography credentials through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) preferred.
