The Campaign & Content Project Manager proactively manages digital marketing campaigns for SOPREMA USA. Working with stakeholders externally and internally across Canada and the USA, the successful candidate is responsible for creating, implementing and managing marketing campaigns through marketing automation and media planning (supported by a media agency).

Reporting to the Central Campaign and Content Manager, the Campaign & Content Project Manager develops and leads campaigns to generate product awareness and strengthen brand identity in order to drive business opportunities and stimulate sales for the US territory. The Central Marketing team creates programs and campaigns which will be adapted with regional sales strategies by the Campaign & Content Project Manager for local implementation, thus contributing to the performance of digital campaigns and email marketing.

More specifically, the Campaign & Content Project Manager creates, proofreads and edits advertising copy for various media platforms, based on the leadership given by the Central Campaign and Content Manager. The candidate also provides direction to the contracted media agency on a day-to-day basis, guided by the Central Digital Digital Campaign Specialist. The Campaign & Content Project Manager coordinates automated email marketing campaigns including copy and scheduling.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Plan material, resources, and subcontractors for the sound implementation of campaign projects

· Coordinate and supervise the production and adaptation of content, including videos, photos and text for digital platforms, promotional documents, and material for advertising campaigns, in collaboration with internal and external agencies

· Configure and update email marketing campaigns, including email drafting and automation design

· Participate in building and maintaining a centralized CRM database

· Plan advertising partnerships with associations and professional boards

· Communicate to US internal stakeholders the strategies and tactics related to campaigns prior to their deployment;

· Monitor established performance metrics and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

· Performing all other related tasks as assigned by manager

This position will have travel to Canada (four days every five weeks).


Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role

· Prior experience with various marketing functions, including digital advertising and email marketing

· Knowledge of and experience with various marketing platforms including social, digital and email marketing, such as Pardot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Stripo, and Elementor

· An organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to mobilize people, even if they are not direct reports

· Strong analytical skills to analyze advertising metrics

· A skilled self-starter, able to take the initiative, handle projects independently, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
