Lead, Support, and Develop the Next Generation of BCBAs
Inspire and mentor the next generation of BCBAs by providing high-quality supervised fieldwork experiences to individuals collecting supervised fieldwork aligned with Behavior Analyst Certification Board standards.
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality, individualized supervision, professional development, and support to employees completing supervised fieldwork in accordance with applicable BACB requirements.
Support high-acuity clinical cases in collaboration with the Director of Residential Programs.
Stay current on all Behavior Analyst Certification Board supervised fieldwork requirements and supervisor standards.
Audit BACB fieldwork tracking systems and provide feedback to individuals collecting supervised experience hours across NECC.
Assist in the development and implementation of structured fieldwork sequences.
Maintain required BACB continuing education credits, including coursework in Ethics and Supervision
What You’ll Need:
Behavior Analyst Certification - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is in good standing with required supervision credentials.
Minimum of two years of experience providing individual BCBA supervision, with strong working knowledge of BACB standards related to supervision, fieldwork, and ethics.
NECC CALM training - Physical and Verbal De-escalation training
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
