Business Analyst/Test Coordinator vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Plan and coordinate the overall approach for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare, document, maintain, and execute test cases, including regression testing
• Co-ordinate and track defects, ensuring thorough documentation, prioritisation, and follow-up on resolution
• Support business users during UAT, facilitate structured business sign-off, and ensure high-quality reporting to the project team
• Contribute to go-live readiness by confirming that testing completion criteria and quality gates are satisfied

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Specialist, ideally in IT transformation or regulatory projects within financial services
• Strong experience in SIT and UAT, including test case preparation, execution, and regression testing
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with regulatory reporting projects (e.g., AnaCredit), with an understanding of data requirements and data pipeline validation
• Practical knowledge with defect tracking tools (such as JIRA or similar) and an understanding of structured testing methodologies
• Language skills: English, German
