An opportunity has come up within a global financial institution for an experienced Project & Infrastructure Finance professional to join their team, focusing on junior and mezzanine debt. This role offers the chance to step into a key position within a growing platform, where you'll be involved in both deal activity and helping shape how the business develops over time.

About the Role

1. Lead on origination and execution of junior/mezz debt transactions
2. Work across a range of asset-backed and project finance deals
3. Support and develop a team, while contributing to overall performance
4. Help grow the platform by identifying new products and market opportunities
5. Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders

About You

1. Background in project finance or structured finance
2. Experience working on debt transactions (junior/mezz exposure is beneficial)
3. Comfortable working in a front-office, deal-focused environment
4. Able to manage relationships and contribute to business growth
5. Interest in developing new ideas and expanding into new areas
