About The Role

Senior Research Scientists collaborate across a broad portfolio of sophisticated evidence synthesis projects in a multi-level team structure. • Lead components of broader evidence synthesis projects to support the health technology assessment process; collaborate with project leads and junior staff members to ensure high-quality outputs/deliverables
  • Develop client-ready deliverables including protocols, components of statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides, identifying necessary deviations from templates to ensure content aligns with objectives
  • Serve as the communications lead on projects, including supporting or leading internal and external meetings as well as responding to clients; may involve supporting face-to-face presentations to clients
  • Draft and/or review regular meeting update slides, associated minutes, and action items
  • Be accountable to clients and leadership for timely delivery and financial performance of project components
  • Understand and contribute to resource allocation discussions
