Responsibilities include:

Lead OFS field teams and coordinate with client management.
Manage project schedules, workflows, productivity, and deliverables.
Oversee physical inventory counts, data collection, labeling, and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate project data using Excel and Google Sheets.
Identify problems and adjust field processes as needed.
Provide daily progress updates and final project documentation.
Work hands-on alongside the project team when necessary.
Ideal candidates have:

5+ years of project management, operations, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, or related experience.
Experience leading teams in warehouse, manufacturing, or field environments.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and communication skills.
Ability to travel nationwide, sometimes on relatively short notice.
PMP certification preferred, but not required.
Compensation: Up to $450 per project day, based on experience and assignment. Travel expenses handled separately.

OFS Inventory is building a nationwide network of trusted Project Managers for current and future client projects. This opportunity is ideal for experienced PMs, independent consultants, semi-retired operations professionals, and others seeking flexible, project-based work.

  • 5+ years of Project Management, operations, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, or related experience.
  • Proven experience leading teams in warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or other field environments.
