Description
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating training, certification programs, and professional development activities related to building and fire regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage certification programs for code enforcement personnel.
Coordinate training programs and develop course materials.
Assist customers with class registration and certification inquiries.
Maintain training databases, records, and related documentation.
Support the recruitment, training, and evaluation of instructors.
Organize professional development events, workshops, and training sessions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Experience coordinating training programs or certification processes.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
Experience with data management and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to travel for training events and conferences.
