職務内容
1. 事業グループ(アシュリオン• テクノロジー• ジャパン - TJKK)および修理工場(アシュリオン• テクノロジー掛川 - ATK)における情報関連活動の統括及び最適化の責任者として活動する.
2. ビジネスグループ(TJKK)におけるIT関連の窓口(POC)として,修理工場(ATK),関連サポートチーム(アシュリオン• ジャパン• ホールディングス(GK)内のIT/経理/法務チーム),およびオフショアITチームを含む内外のステークホルダーと連携し,各種プロジェクトの仕様確認,出力データ検証,ならびにプロジェクト推進全般を担当する.
3. アシュリオン• テクノロジー• ジャパンのビジネスITソリューションにおける窓口として,ERP/SFC(Shop-Floor Control)システムの構成/データ保守を支援.ITチームと連携し,各種コード,SKU,BOM,請求設定,ルールエンジン,インシデント管理,データ保守等の監督を行う.
4. ビジネスオーナーチームの一員として,BIおよびERP/SFCの継続的改善ならびにIT関連ロードマップに向けた短期~長期戦略• 目標を策定する.
5. ビジネスオーナーチームの一員として,顧客への報告に関わるシステム(KPI レポート,修理レポート,請求レポート等)の継続的改善の推進• 計画• 開発コーディネーションを行う.
6. 修理工場(ATK)およびITチームと連携し,全リリースサイクルにおける必要なユーザー受入テスト(UAT)と手配,QAテスト,最終受入検査を実施する.
7. 顧客レポート自動化のプロジェクトリーダーとして,国内外のITチームと連携し,レポートメカニズムの開発• 実装を支援する.
8. 修理工場(ATK)チームが業務活動を改善するためのレポート設定を支援し,顧客レポート基準を満たす運用設定を助言する.
9. 海外チームとTJKK/ATK/GK-SCM間のコミュニケーションを支援し,日本語• 英語双方で円滑な意思疎通と理解を維持する.
必要となる経験とスキル
1.急速に変化し,高い自律性を要する環境での3年以上の実務経験

Responsibilities
1. Serve as a representative for governing and optimization of information management within the business group (Asurion Technology Japan - TJKK), repair factory (Asurion Technology Kakegawa - ATK).
2. Serve as the IT related POC on business group (TJKK), partnering with repair factory (ATK), related support team (IT/accounting/legal team at Asurion Japan Holdings - GK), and internal/external stakeholders include the offshore IT team to confirm specifications for various projects and perform output data verification, as well as various project driving.
3. Serve as POC on business IT solutions for Asurion Technology Japan to support configuration/data-maintenance of the ERP/SFC (Shop-Floor Control) system, partnering with the IT team, including supervision of various management codes, SKU, BOM, Billing configuration, Rule engine, incident management, data maintenance, etc.
4. Serve as a member of the business owner group to build short-term to long-term strategy and goals for BI and the ERP/SFC continuous improvements and IT-related roadmap.
5. As a member of the business owner team, drive, plan, and coordinate the development of continuous improvements for systems related to customer reporting (KPI reports, repair report, billing reports, etc.).
6. Coordinate with the repair factory (ATK) and IT team to conduct necessary UAT and arrangements, QA testing, and final acceptance for all release cycles.
7. Work as project leader in automating the customer reports, coordinating with the domestic/overseas IT team to support development/implementation of the reporting mechanism.
8. Support the repair factory (ATK) team in improved report setups to repair operational activities, advise operational setups to enable and meet customer report criteria.
9. Support Communication between the overseas team and TJKK/ATK/GK-SCM to ensure smooth Communication and understanding is maintained in both Japanese and English
Requirements and skills
1.Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast paced, ever changing environment - operating at high-level of autonomy.
2.Capable of working with internal operations, engineering, and IT teams to solve complex operational problems and drive strategic initiatives.
3.Proven interpersonal skills and strong ownership.
4.Practical Data Analysis skills and BI/DBMS knowledge
5.Fluent in Japanese and competent in English required
Preferred Skills
1.Strongly preferred Project Management (or PMO) experience
2.Practical understanding of ERP/SFC (development experience preferred)
3.Experience with customer/client facing interaction required. Within the cellular industry desirability
4.Experienced in working across multiple geographies and cultures preferred
5.Experience in remanufacturing preferably with mobile phones preferred
6.Experience in analyzing business processes, and recommending improvements to customers preferred
7.Experience in the manufacturing environment preferred

Conditions
Type of contract: Permanent
Probationary period: 3 months
Working hours: 9:00-17:30(60mi break) with flextime, Teleworking
