Description
Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:
- You manage and support cross-departmental technical projects and process improvements
- You analyze complex technical (process) problems and develop technical solutions
- You coordinate all project participants (e.g., process technology, development, logistics, quality) and liaise with suppliers and authorities
- You are responsible for planning, implementing, and managing investment measures, including the preparation of approval documents
- You coordinate maintenance and repair work in close consultation with internal departments and external service providers
- You evaluate new trends in terms of opportunities, risks, feasibility, and innovation potential and implement them in projects
- You provide technical support, contribute suggestions for improvement, and be responsible for independent decision-making in your area of technical responsibility
Qualifications:
- You own a degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering) or a comparable field
- You possess experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the field of maintenance or plant engineering
- You have collected in-depth knowledge of project management methods, quality tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP), and a technical understanding of production facilities
- Your strong analytical skills enable you to solve complex problems
- Your communication skills and professional standing perfectly qualify you to interact with internal interfaces, customers, suppliers, and authorities
- Very good German language skills round off your profile, as well as good English skills.
