今回募集するのは,自律的に業務を推進でき,大規模なプログラムデリバリ-の豊富な経験をお持ちの方です.

本ポジションは,プロジェクトの導入責任者(デリバリ-)として,同時にお客様の信頼できるアドバイザ-として,スコ-プ策定,交渉,エスカレ-ション対応といった役割を担い,お客様と社内関係者の双方から頼られる存在です.

これは,複数のエンタ-プライズ規模のプログラムを動かし,予算• スコ-プ内での確実なデリバリ-を担保し,さらには軌道から外れたプロジェクトを成功に導くといった,実践的なリ-ダ-シップが求められるポジションです.

[主な職務内容]

• 社内チ-ムやパ-トナ-企業と連携し,Anaplanソリュ-ション導入の全工程(エンドツ-エンド)をリ-ドする.
• 導入における主要な窓口として,現場の担当者から経営層(C-suite)まで,お客様のあらゆる関係者と密に連携し,プロジェクトを推進する.
• 複雑なプログラム全体を俯瞰し,スコ-プ,リスク,予算,リソ-スを管理しながら,最高品質のデリバリ-を実現する.
• 設計,テスト,導入スケジュ-ル,チェンジマネジメント(組織変革)など,プロジェクトにおける重要な意思決定を主導する.
• 高い交渉スキルを活かして合意形成を図り,コンフリクトを解決し,プロジェクトの推進力を維持する.
• 当社独自の導入メソドロジ-(The Anaplan Way)を推進し,拡張性が高く,ユ-ザ-にとって使いやすいソリュ-ションを提供する.
• プロジェクトの進捗状況やポ-トフォリオ全体の健全性について,社内外の経営層に報告する.

[求める経験• スキル]

• 複雑なエンタ-プライズ規模のプロジェクトにおいて,10年以上のプログラムマネジメントまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験.
• 日本語および英語での高いコミュニケ-ション能力(ビジネスレベル以上).
• 経営層を含むシニアレベルの関係者と,交渉や調整を円滑に進めることができる,優れた顧客対応能力.
• 厳しい納期や予算の下で,大規模プロジェクトを成功に導くだけでなく,困難な状況にあるプロジェクトを立て直した実績.
• 卓越したコミュニケ-ション能力,コラボレ-ション能力,およびステ-クホルダ-マネジメント能力.
• ビジネスの成果を出すことに情熱を持ち,主体的かつ変化に柔軟に対応できるマインドセット.
