What you'll achieve

本ポジションは,超大規模AIインフラプロジェクトに提案段階から参画し,お客様• 社内外ステークホルダーと連携しながら,プロジェクト全体を成功へ導く重要な役割を担います.

お客様のビジネス価値最大化に向けて,高品質なデリバリを実現し,業界の変革をともに推進していただきます.

You will:
1.プロジェクトマネジメント(提案~デリバリ全工程)

• 超大規模AIインフラ構築における計画策定,リソース調整,進捗• 課題• リスク管理など,プロジェクト全体のリード
• 提案段階から営業や技術部門と協働し,最適なデリバリープランを策定

2.ステークホルダーマネジメント

• お客様および CxO レベルを含む多様なステークホルダーとの密なコミュニケーション
• 営業,Professional Services,Engineering,Support など社内クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し,円滑なプロジェクト推進を実現

3.お客様のTrusted Advisorとしてのアドバイザリー業務

• 最新の技術動向• 市場トレンド• ベストプラクティスを踏まえた提案
• AIインフラ導入におけるリスク• 機会• 改善策を継続的に提示

4.プログラム全体の最適化

• コスト• スケジュール• 品質の最適なバランスを維持し,プロジェクト価値を最大化
• 依存関係や影響範囲の管理,適切な報告体制の構築と運用

Essential Requirements

• 12-15年以上の大規模ITプロジェクト/プログラム管理経験
• 経営層を含むステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築• リード経験
• プログラムマネジメントの実務経験(計画策定,エグゼクティブ向け報告,意思決定支援など)
• 高いマルチタスク能力と顧客• 社内要求の調整スキル
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力

Desirable Requirements

• PMI認定資格(PMP など),Six Sigma の活用経験
• Digital IT,セキュリティ,ワークフォースモダナイゼーションなど,ビジネス/テクノロジー変革プロジェクトの知見
• AI/データセンター/クラウド関連のプロジェクト経験
