We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (d/f/m) for our office in Düsseldorf to lead mid to large size development and industrialization projects. Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop international project teams with representatives from Category Management, Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and other departments
• Act as the central coordinator responsible for project quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance
• Ensure high visibility of your projects throughout the organization and maintain regular direct contact with top management and board level
• Participate in initiatives to redefine and improve project management processes, methods, and tools
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a best-in-class project management system that ensures the highest standards of transparency and efficiency

Your profile:

• You have a university degree in the field of industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, business administration, or a comparable subject
• You have professional experience in the field of technical consumer goods, operational functions, project management, or consulting
• You are well-versed with common Google applications and ideally have experience with project-related transactions in SAP/R3
• You are a strong communicator with emotional intelligence, empathy, and intercultural competence
• You convince with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems
• You are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken); a third language is appreciated
