Your contribution:

• You are responsible for the central control of target achievement for the rollout of mast and rooftop sites for Vantage Towers Germany on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the central Deployment department, up to the acceptance of the built sites and the transition to Operations
• You manage central multi-project management, forecasting, and project coordination, focusing on alignment and definition regarding implementation plans, target setting, and rollout phasing with the regions
• You proactively deliver and promote ideas for infrastructure expansion at Vantage Towers Germany sites and ensure that the rollout volume is delivered within the specified budgets, initiating measures in case of deviations
• You develop and optimise production (rollout) together with the regions and monitor milestones and milestone maintenance at the site and measure level in the databases and tools
• You conduct regional coordination meetings with the project managers in Deployment Vantage Towers Germany to ensure adherence to the agreed target volume and KPIs
• You engage in proactive stakeholder management in all directions to achieve rollout goals, both at the C-level and at the customer level

What makes you stand out:

• More than 10 years of professional experience as a Cost and Project Manager, including several years of experience in the technical leadership of teams
• In-depth experience in the field of telecommunications (TC) and regarding the construction/reconstruction of TC systems and TC infrastructure
• Excellent experience in the design and implementation of processes and workflows in the Deployment area and in adjacent departments
• Experience in the use and application of new, innovative technologies and products
• Very good knowledge of IT and basic user programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
