About the Position
Become part of our extensive HR transformation! We are launching a large, multi-year global program to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking, and Compensation across 29 countries. This program is characterized by wave-based global rollouts, parallel design and deployment phases, ongoing operations, and close collaboration with SAP and external implementation partners.
As a Program / Project Manager (m/f/d) SAP SuccessFactors (Global), you will play a key role in ensuring delivery stability and reducing execution risks in this complex environment with high regulatory, organizational, and change management requirements.
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of projects and programs, applying both traditional (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and agile (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) project management methodologies. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive budget and resource management, proactive global stakeholder management, and leading critical change management activities.
With your proven experience in comparable global SuccessFactors programs and a hands-on mindset, you will make a significant contribution to the success of this global HR process transformation. Tools such as Jira and Confluence will be part of your daily work.
Our expectations:
In addition to a proven track record as a project or program manager in global HR / SuccessFactors implementations, you bring solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally including Time Tracking and/or Compensation.
Further expertise in the following areas:
- EC data model, Foundation Objects, workflows, and event derivation
- Core HR processes (hire-to-retire, master data, time management, payroll integration)
- Experience with global rollouts, including country-specific requirements (legal, data protection, works councils)
- Experience managing parallel rollout waves and ongoing operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology
- Familiarity with hybrid delivery models (Activate + Agile/Scrum/classical PM)
- Strong skills in budget, capacity, and dependency management
- Experience planning and executing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in international environments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder management up to C-level
- High intercultural competence and ability to lead distributed teams
- Structured, resilient, and decision-oriented mindset
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
Ideally, you also have:
- Detailed knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially Employee Central)
- Experience with HR data migration and system integrations (e.g., SAP CPI)
- Consulting experience, ideally with an SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable)
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
Applicants with severe disabilities will be given preference if equally qualified.
