Senior Coordinator, Revenue
The Senior Coordinator, Revenue supports the daytoday activities of the Revenue team, assisting the Senior Manager, Revenue with revenue recognition, contract review, monthend close tasks, and reporting. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an earlycareer accounting professional to gain handson experience in GAAP principles, SAP, and crossfunctional collaboration within a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is detailoriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with financial data and operational teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Revenue Recognition & Contract Support
- Assist the Senior Manager, Revenue in reviewing client contracts and supporting documentation to help determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment and invoice timing.
- Support accurate job/contract setup in SAP and perform updates to internal revenue tracking schedules.
- Help ensure documentation is complete and aligned with internal policies.
CrossFunctional Coordination
- Work closely with divisional and operational teams to gather information needed for revenue analysis.
- Partner with A/P, A/R, and Shared Services to support billing accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine information requests from internal partners.
Month-End Close Assistance
- Assist with monthly reviews of revenue and cost-of-sales activity to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare basic journal entries under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Revenue.
- Help complete selected monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support preparation of monthly revenue reporting packages.
Processes, Documentation & Ad Hoc Support
- Assist in maintaining and improving revenue processes, templates, and documentation in line with GAAP and ASC 606.
- Help prepare supporting documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
- Participate in special projects and processimprovement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or coop experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles; exposure to GAAP and/or ASC 606 a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
- Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with accounting systems (SAP preferred but not required).
