Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management

That's a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.

As a Senior Advisor, you will build dashboards and reports that track milestones, risks, and benefits. You will recommend actions to accelerate delivery and remove blockers.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
• Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts
• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
• Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients

Essential Requirement

• Capable of managing resources including junior project managers, technical resource and external vendors
• Financial experience in revenue and costs forecasting
• Strong in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• High amount of travel within Indonesia/Malaysia. A certain degree of travel across South East Asia will also be required. Some occurrences of travel within APJ could occur.
• PMP certification is advantageous

Desirable Requirements

• 8-10 years' experience working on large infrastructure projects
• Experience managing large-scale AI deployments (Approximately - 200-300 NVL72 racks or large No of GPU Servers) :-
  • Deployment of AI Servers ((Dell/SuperMicro/Lenovo/HPE)
  • Deployment of Network Switches (Dell/Nvidia/Arista/Cisco)
  • Exposure in project managing Dell EMC Storage/Compute solutions, GenAI Infrastructure Solutions will be an added advantage
