Description
Responsibilities:- Conduct primary and secondary research across the relevant sectors qualitatively and quantitatively;
- Perform data and financial analysis on trends of Healthcare and Manufacturing industry development;
- Independently prepare and write company research reports, sector reports and Pre-deal research reports;
- Develop and maintain the Consumer market database;
- Assist in sector related ad-hoc research projects;
- Organize and participate in non-deal road shows, forums and company visit;
- Responsible for marketing duty of meeting with investors;
- Participate in departmental projects or tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors;
- 3 years' experiences or above in finance industry, preferably in equity research, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or other relevant experience;
- CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
- Strong ability in data mining and information searching from different sources;
- Able to write research reports complying with regulations and in-house standards;
- Able to communicate and convince research ideas effectively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
