In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To develop and implement project sales strategies to achieve booking targets. Build and implement annual business plans and provide executive reports.
- To Lead and mentor a team of project sales members.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with key EPC and Power contractors and other stakeholders.
- To understand global project business trends, competitive landscape and customer needs. Work with our colleagues in end destinations to influence stakeholders at early stage of projects.
- To understand laws and regulations and make sure we comply with requirements.
- To work with other Business Units to maximize our presence with project customers.
- To work closely with domestic sales team members to influence domestic end users for early engagement.
Who You Are:
- A professional who is dedicated to achieving in project sales.
- Skilled in building relationships with EPC and Power contractors
- Proactive in identifying growth opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- Organized at managing multiple projects in dynamic environments
- A leader that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and delivers messages in a clear, compelling and concise manner.
- A leader who establishes clear responsibilities for monitoring work and measuring results.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
For This Role, You Will Need:
- 8+Year Proven sales experience with EPC companies, Power contractors or OEM package suppliers.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Mechanical Engineering background
- Experience of Sales - Valves, Pump, hydraulic equipment and various machineries.
