- Project Mechanical Engineer
Description
This position provides expansive opportunities to work exciting projects.
This position will require the candidate to take ownership of the projects assigned and manage portions of these projects from inception to completion including but not limited to:
o Meeting with clients,
o Produce concepts and presentation materials,
o Field investigation,
Design production and oversight of the productions, coordination with other disciplines, and ensuring completion of the documents, and CAD production
Requirements
Candidate Must be a USA Citizen and based in the United States of America and preferably in Arizona
Education: Minimum Bachelors of science in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical engineering
Registration: State of Arizona and other states preferred and willingness to Register is required.
Codes: Must be well versed in international series codes, Planning and Zoning Ordinances, and the submittal process for construction documents for approval.
Knowledge of Construction Documentation and their needs and assembly.
Lead projects in their entirety, from concept to Post Occupancy and coordinate project teams including civil, and structural engineering
Ability to travel on short term trips
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Project, both written and verbal.
Good organizational skills.

Software Requirements:
o AutoCad: Proficient
o Revit; knowledgeable, Proficiency preferred
o MS Office Suite Effective User
o Power point Proficiency preferred
