Role & Responsibilities:

Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple projects in different phases simultaneously. This role is fundamental to the planning, coordinating & execution of our projects. The typical day-to-day responsibilities for our Project Managers include:

+ Coordinating with our team, clients, and consultants
+ Organizing & prioritizing multiple projects at once
+ Overseeing DOB requirements and coordination
+ Taking over sets at the end of SD and executing them through completion
+ Delegating to & mentoring junior designers
+ Keeping project timelines on track & managing deadlines
+ Ensuring design intent, client needs & requests are met throughout the life of the project
+ Managing project budgets (with the support of our Project Leader)
+ Reviewing structural drawings & shop drawing reviews
+ Site visits during the CA phase (Majority of projects are currently within 3 hours of NYC)
