As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end NetSuite and integration projects-partnering closely with customers and technical teams to manage risk, challenge assumptions, and ensure successful delivery from kickoff through post-go-live stabilization.

The Qualifications We Seek

NetSuite Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, including core ERP concepts such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Financials
• Ability to understand how the system works, where projects fail, and how to spot risks early (daily configuration not required)

Project Leadership

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing ERP, NetSuite, or systems integration projects in a consulting or agency environment

Client-Facing Operator

• Comfortable leading executive and operational stakeholders
• Confident driving tough conversations and keeping projects grounded in reality

Delivery-Focused

• Strong bias toward outcomes, not just plans
• Proven ability to push projects across the finish line

Organized and Decisive

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines effectively

Clear Communicator

• Skilled at translating business needs into technical execution

Accountable

• Takes ownership when issues arise and drives solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Celigo, NSIP, NetSuite Connector, or systems integration projects
• Background working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or marketplaces
• Experience in fast-paced consulting or implementation environments
• NetSuite certifications are a plus, but real delivery experience matters more

Your Daily Tasks

• Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite and integration projects from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization
• Act as the primary point of accountability for scope, timeline, risks, and delivery quality
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Lead customer meetings, drive decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Coordinate work across NetSuite consultants, integration engineers, and customer teams
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into executable plans
• Identify risks early and manage scope, timeline, and resource tradeoffs proactively
• Ensure proper testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Hold teams accountable to commitments while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ensure projects follow delivery standards and best practices
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools
