Description
Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects end-to-end to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Act as the primary PIC and decision maker throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of designers, site managers, engineers, and administrative staff.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Provide clear and structured upward communication to management regarding prgress, risks, and project needs.
- Ensure project quality meets technical standards and business expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction or civil projects.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Able to clearly explain projects end-to-end (from initiation to completion).
- Proven experience acting as a PIC and decision maker in projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent upward communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to articulate business impact and outcomes.
