As a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional software delivery to align execution with business objectives. You'll orchestrate planning, proactively manage risk and dependencies, optimize resources, and provide transparent financial and delivery reporting to ensure outcomes meet technical and commercial expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and release roadmaps
- Coordinate communication, documentation, and task management across product, engineering, QA, and external stakeholders
- Keep backlogs, tickets, and release plans current, prioritized, and actionable
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers; create contingency plans
- Escalate critical issues early with clear risk assessments and trade-off scenarios
- Deliver reports, dashboards, and cadence updates tailored to technical and business audiences
- Track and report project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins; support invoicing accuracy
- Monitor financial health and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Manage scope changes while protecting core goals and delivery commitments
- Balance competing priorities and allocate resources effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience managing cross-functional technical projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban) and SDLC best practices
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet) and reporting dashboards
- Solid financial acumen: tracking margins, revenue, costs, and milestone-based invoicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor to technical and business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and facilitation skills
- Analytical problem-solver with proactive risk management and escalation judgment
- English level: B2+ (or higher)
