Description
Project Managers partner with key stakeholders to initiate, plan, execute, close, and debrief projects across assigned verticals using their project management expertise.As a Project Manager, you are expected to work cross-functionally with others to build a cohesive campaign, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to our delivery work, while also developing a deeper understanding and empathy for the various creative processes observed by the team.
From determining feasibility and scope to gathering lessons learned, you will be the glue that binds our projects together, playing a key role in delivering critical products and services that achieve our clients' goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects for marketing/digital/delivery initiatives (pre-sales → implementation → BAU).
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules (workback / waterfall) with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Create and update project estimates (time, effort, and resources) in collaboration with the delivery and account teams.
- Keep all project information organized and up-to-date in Monday.com, using it as the main source of truth for reporting.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams (template requests, content audits, implementations) and ensure the right resources are assigned.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (CSM, product, creative, operations) and keep everyone aligned on priorities and due dates.
- Support pre-sales activities: intake of assets, organizing demos, tracking deliverables, and preparing handoff to implementation.
- Produce clear, consistent reporting on project status, risks, and resource utilization.
- Identify process gaps and help improve delivery workflows.
Requirements & Key Competencies
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in marketing, digital, or agency environments.
- Experience working with Waterfall or hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) project structures and building workback schedules.
- Must have hands-on experience with Monday.com for project tracking and reporting.
- Ability to create realistic timelines and estimates and to adjust them when scope or priorities change.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage several projects and stakeholders at once.
- Proactive, autonomous profile - someone who can take ownership and doesn't need constant supervision.
- B2+ English
