- Project Manager, Water
Description
The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget by coordinating resources, defining objectives, and overseeing quality control during the project's lifecycle as part of the overall program.
- Manage the daily execution of water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring deliverables stay on track and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subconsultants, managing schedules, task assignments, and resource needs.
- Support the development of project scopes, budgets, and timelines, working closely with senior leadership and technical staff.
- Lead design coordination efforts, reviewing technical documents for quality, consistency, and constructability.
- Facilitate clear and proactive communication with clients, serving as the day-to-day project contact and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Assist with regulatory coordination and permitting, helping navigate agency requirements with the support of technical leads.
- Identify project risks early, and collaborate with team members and senior PMs to develop practical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, providing technical support and helping them grow into larger roles.
- Participate in proposal development and project scoping discussions, supporting LAN's growth while building your own client management skills.

Requirements
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required.
- 8+ years of experience
Preferred Education & Experience
- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect, or CCM preferred.
- Market-specific Certifications preferred.
- Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.?
- Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-design discipline team.?
- Familiarity with how projects go from beginning to completion.
- A background in mentoring younger engineers or coordinating across disciplines
