Description
We are looking for a Professional Project ManagerRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Master's degree in IT Management (preferred).
- 12+ years of experience managing technology projects, with a strong focus on banking (mandatory).
- Proficient in:
- Agile and traditional methodologies: PMI, Scrum, Kanban, RUP
- Project financial management
- Process automation
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion project, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet agreed deliverables.
- Define project objectives and key deliverables.
- Develop and manage the project timeline and key milestones.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of implemented improvements.
- Conduct user interviews to understand behaviors and expectations.
- Ensure the project follows an agile and efficient methodology.
- Prepare regular progress reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
