Description
Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline is typically required. (A Master's degree or professional engineering license (PE license) is recommended. )
- Having A Project Management Certificate National or Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management protocols is essential due to the nature of power plant operations.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a steam power generation field (geothermal, biomass, or thermal power plants) is necessary.
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing turbine retrofit, upgrade, or replacement projects, preferably with experience involving major turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) platforms.
- A deep understanding of power plant systems, particularly the site-specific material selection and design challenges associated with corrosive geothermal steam.
- Experience in managing and delivering large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
