With extensive experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, they offer comprehensive design and build solutions tailored to meet each client's vision and lifestyle.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing interior and construction projects from planning to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is executed safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project phases effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project execution adheres to safety standards, timelines, and budget efficiency while maintaining high-quality outcomes based on the master plan.
- Collaborate with clients and coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers before and during project execution.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the design and project teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage the procurement and preparation of materials required for each project phase.
- Monitor project costs and progress to ensure alignment with planned targets.
- Conduct regular inspections and oversee both design and operational teams to maintain timely completion.
- Review and prepare project reports, site documentation, designs, and drawings.
- Handle daily problem-solving and proactively address any on-site issues that arise.
- Work in a mobile setting and ensure smooth coordination across project locations.
- Prepare and document detailed project progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the interior or construction industry.
- Experience in structural work is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a proactive attitude.
