At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS and customized projects, ensuring strong control over timeline, budget, and scope while proactively managing risks and change. This role acts as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, ERP partners, and leadership, independently handling escalations and aligning expectations. Success means driving executive engagement, maintaining clear communication, and keeping stakeholders focused on delivering measurable business value.

Job Description
What you'll be doing:
Project Planning and execution
- Delivering projects with respect to their health indicators:
- Timeline: establishing priorities, deadlines and dependencies
- Budget: ensuring accurate cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle to reduce overrun risk
- Scope: ensuring alignment between business goals and customer needs
- Running multiple projects at the same time while managing a balance of SaaS and customized projects
- Maintain strict change control processes to protect project scope, budget, and timelines
- Identifying risks (internal and external) and defining clear plans to resolve them independently
- Handling most escalations with the project team independently
Stakeholders Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, Sana's leadership, Customers, and ERP partners
- Manage customer expectations proactively, negotiating trade-offs when required and driving alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage with C-level executives of clients
- Creating and executing structured communication plans to provide clarity on project status, priorities, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping the team (both internally and on customer side) motivated and engaged
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferred at least 2 within the software industry
- Understanding of a software development life cycle
- Demonstrated experience managing clients and aligning with cross functional teams when it comes to software projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost control
- A mindset of speed ensuring the team understands priorities and works efficiently toward deadlines, while applying risk-aware decision-making
- Able to work hybrid in our office in Envigado (3 days in office)
- A relevant PM certification i.e. Prince2 Practitioner, CAPM, IPMA D (preferred, not required).
- Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken. (B2 or higher).
