Project Management Specialist

Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of Petitioner’s auto repair shop and gas station. Review and monitor costs of Petitioner’s operation including payroll, inventory, and auto repair projects. Manage auto repair projects from start to finish by optimizing resource allocation. Formulate cost saving measures without compromising auto repair project quality. Plan, schedule, and coordinate auto repair projects with vendors, part retailers, and Petitioner’s customers. Outline, propose, and review auto repair projects with clients, amend projects based on client feedback or required repair work. Advise customers on recommended auto repair projects and services. Analyze project requirements and determine best repair strategy for customers. Identify, review, and select vendors to accomplish auto repair projects. Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the projects. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers. Assign duties or responsibilities to mechanics based on skill level, scheduling, and needs of repair project. Oversee multiple auto repair projects at various stages simultaneously. Confer with mechanics to identify and resolve problems, lead and guide the work of mechanical staff to achieve auto repair project objectives. Develop and update customer vehicle repair plans to outline objectives, technologies, and schedule.  Bring about auto repair activities, select tools, resources, and parts required for projects.  Deliver auto repair projects on time and within budget of Petitioner’s customers. Track project milestones and ensure timeliness of project completion. Oversee Petitioner’s staffing and payroll, recruit or hire additional personnel. Report project statuses to customers, update team of project deadlines, requirements, and timelines. Requires bachelor degree in business management, business-related, communications, or related field. Required one-month training fields in project management, business administration, operations management, automotive technology, automotive service management.
