DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a member of the DAHER Group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial services provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers' premises. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates

• Coordinate and manage projects to meet quality, schedule, and financial targets

• Act as the key interface for customers and internal teams

• Drive project monitoring, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and the development of project team members.

• Ensure team qualifications, training, and availability of required resources

• Ensure full compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) standards

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or a comparable field

• You bring at least 3-4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management

• You have experience in the aeronautical sector, ideally with "Outstanding Works" knowledge; this is considered a strong advantage

• You demonstrate a strong understanding of aeronautical standards and processes environments

• You communicate confidently, show leadership qualities, and maintain a strong customer focus

• You are fluent in English and French, German is considered a plus

• You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, reliable, and analytical manner oriented, reliable
