PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract Type: Seconded Staff (Client Representative)

Qualification: Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Experience: Minimum 15 years

Role Overview:

Responsible for implementing and monitoring project control systems for EPC tunnel and bridge projects. Oversees cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control plans.
• Track project KPIs and performance indicators.
• Review contractors' progress reports, claims, and change requests.
• Coordinate risk management and forecasting activities.
• Prepare periodic dashboards and executive summaries for the client.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Primavera P6 and project control software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proven track record in infrastructure project monitoring and risk management.
