| Job Summary | The Project Coordinator will support the implementation and evaluation of the Meals that Heal research projects, a community-engaged initiative focused on nutrition and cardiovascular health. Working with the Project Management Director and Principal Investigator, this role supports project coordination, community-based activities, data collection, and cookbook development, including recipe testing and workshops. The position requires independent task management and proactive problem-solving within established leadership structures and does not include supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), short-term position with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2026, contingent on funding. Candidates should have experience supporting research or community initiatives, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. |
