Position Overview:
We're looking for a Product Content Coordinator to support Marketing and Sales by overseeing product data and content for new items on the C1 e-commerce platform. In this role, you'll ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company, industry, and legal standards. You'll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage risks, assist with new product and supplier launches, provide training support, and analyze product performance to drive strategy and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Content Management
- Maintain and communicate product data and content for new items on the C1 e-commerce platform.
- Gather, update, and format product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Work with Product Management and Marketing to ensure information is accurate and consistent.
- Learn the product portfolio to assist with research and approvals for new items and suppliers.
Quality, Compliance, and Risk Support
- Ensure product content meets quality, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Communicate with Risk Management to flag potential risks.
- Follow established audits and procedures to confirm products meet required standards.
- Support process improvements to reduce legal and safety risks.
New Product and Supplier Launch Support & Training
- Assist with new product and supplier launches.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and training resources.
- Help coordinate promotional activities such as webinars and sample distribution.
- Support training for Sales and Customer Support teams after product updates or substitutions.
Product Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and report product performance and KPIs.
- Collect and validate project data, including timelines and progress updates.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to improve content quality and system effectiveness.
Expected Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with product content management tools and processes
Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial or distribution support roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Location:
- This is a fully remote position. Candidates from anywhere within the continental United States are encouraged to apply
Pre-Employment Requirement:
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check. This requirement is especially critical for safety-sensitive roles.
Compensation for this role ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, in accordance with state law. All compensation offers are based on skill set, experience, and geographic location of the applicant as relevant to the role.
