Overview
Lutron's Talent Development team is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Operations Project Specialist to support the Talent Development function at Lutron's Annex office location in Center Valley, PA.
In this role, you will be a key member of our Talent Development team where your attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be highly valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a professional, polished presence to every interaction, whether you're engaging with employees, executives, or external partners. As a key point of contact for the function, you will play a central role in creating smooth, welcoming, and engaging experiences for participants in our development programs, so a high level of customer service and logistical know-how is essential.

Responsibilities
Talent Development Administration
- Provide front desk customer service for Lutron University, support participants, vendors, facilitators,and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate daily logistics for both in-person and virtual learning events.
- Oversee the process of collecting, tracking, and reporting program attendance in the Workday Learning Management System.
- Maintain document control and ensure accuracy in Lutron University's administrative processes.
- Administer Lutron'sEducation Assistanceprogram, including processing employees' invoices, and facilitating requests.
- Process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Trackdepartmental expenses and monitor spending againstbudget targets.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates degree or Bachelors degree required. If less than 10 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA is required
- Experience: 5 or more years of related, professional experience
- Exceptional organizational skills: Able to coordinate calendars, meetings, documents, and deadlines with precision; ensures nothing falls through the cracks through thoughtful prioritization and seamless execution.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Workday, Miro, project management software, digital filing systems, and other productivity apps.
- Strong communication abilities: Serves as a clear, professional, and tactful liaison between Talent Development and internal teams, executives, external consultants, and vendors. Skilled in conveying complex ideas succinctly in both written and verbal formats.
- Adaptability and resilience: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities, last-minute changes, and unexpected challenges. Maintains composure under pressure and pivots quickly to find effective solutions.
- Proactive mindset: Anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and takes initiative to improve processes.
- Discretion and confidentiality: Trusted to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
