Role Overview

Persian Horizon is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate, and deliver marketing initiatives across multiple brands and teams.

This role is for someone who keeps execution moving, aligns stakeholders, and ensures campaigns, launches, and deliverables are completed on time, on brief, and to standard.

You are not here to "do the marketing" - you are here to make marketing happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of marketing projects:
• Campaigns
• Launches
• Content initiatives
• Brand and promotional activities
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, timelines, and tasks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams:
• Marketing
• Creative
• Performance
• Sales
• External vendors and agencies
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks; unblock issues quickly
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, brand, and deadline requirements
• Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates
• Report on project status, milestones, and execution outcomes

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or Marketing Operations role
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and commercial teams
• Clear communicator with strong follow-up discipline
• Experience with project management tools is a plus

Experience in fast-paced or multi-brand environments is a strong advantage.

• Not a content creator role
• Not a performance marketing role
• Not a brand strategy or concept-only position
