Description
Marketing Coordinator
The Residential Group + Cedar Hill Residential
Pay: $40-45/hour + benefits
Location: Gloucester, MA
The Residential Group + Cedar Hill Residential are seeking a highly capable Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing across both businesses. This is a key hire. In many ways, this person will function as our entire in-house marketing department.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and hands-on — someone who can organize a marketing calendar, has strong computer skills, can coordinate and meet with vendors, keep websites updated, manage social media, support listings and project launches, and make sure the brand shows up professionally and consistently across everything we do.
We work in residential construction, development, and real estate, so the right person should be excited by design and architecture.
The position is based at our offices in Gloucester, and will require 1-2 days a week of travel to Boston and other sites on the North Shore.
About us
The Residential Group is a real estate sales team serving buyers and sellers in Greater Boston.
Cedar Hill Residential is a construction management and residential development company working primarily on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
This position supports both brands and helps shape how we present our work, our listings, our projects, and our value to clients.
What you’ll do
Own day-to-day marketing execution across both companies.
Manage and execute social media content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
Maintain company websites and project websites (wordpress and luxury presence).
Draft and execute email marketing campaigns, brochures, social media posts, ads, signs and presentations.
Coordinate listing and project marketing from start to finish.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, printers, sign vendors, and other outside marketing partners.
Create or oversee creation of marketing materials including brochures, postcards, signage, presentation decks, digital ads, and branded collateral.
Help develop marketing strategies for new listings, development projects, spec homes, and company branding initiatives.
Keep brand standards consistent across Cedar Hill Residential and The Residential Group.
Track results across email, social, web, and paid campaigns and make practical recommendations.
Help organize photo libraries, project assets and marketing files.
Support special projects, events, announcements, and launches as needed.
Manage the move of company owned furniture staging from property to property.
