The projects in our Public Solutions division require the latest technologies to find the optimal solution for digitizing administration. We offer our customers integrated solutions, digitized administrative processes and modern technologies. Federal, state and local authorities appreciate our sophisticated, industry-specific solutions and, above all, the people behind them.
Tasks
- Independent planning, management and management of software development, integration, migration and implementation projects in public administration with a volume of more than 20 million EUR and very high criticality. Particular attention is paid to punctuality, cost control and quality in accordance with T-Systems and customer project standards
- Contract, risk, change, and claim management
- Management of the project team and technical management of project staff as well as coordination of other delivery units and subcontractors
- Participation in the specification, implementation and quality assurance as well as the introduction of IT systems, including in the context of OZG process optimization
- Responsibility for creating concepts and calculations for complex offers
Profil
- Successfully completed studies with an IT technical or (operational) economic focus or comparable vocational training with many years of professional experience
- At least eight years of professional experience in project management, including at least five years in managing system integration projects in public administration at federal, state or local level
- Practical experience in contract, risk, change, claim and escalation management
- Proven experience in preparing and calculating offers for clients in public administration as well as knowledge of contract and procurement law
- Profound experience and certifications in agile and classic project management methods and frameworks such as Prince2, PMI, IPMA, V-Modell XT, Scrum
- Personal network and knowledge about current digitization trends in public administration
- German language skills at native speaker level and very good English language skills
