We are working with a global asset management business seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of a key cross-border transformation programme.

This role will sit within a high-performing change team and focus on the delivery of strategic initiatives, including the operating model and Transfer Agency (TA) transformation .

OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO LUXEMBURG

Responsibilities:

1. Support delivery of end-to-end projects across operations, technology, and business functions
2. Act as a key liaison between regional teams, including London and Luxembourg
3. Assist in building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
4. Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
5. Produce project reporting, updates, and stakeholder communications
6. Support change and implementation activities, including process improvements and documentation

Experience:

1. 2-5 years' project delivery experience within Asset / Investment Management
2. Exposure to Transfer Agency (TA) or client onboarding processes (highly desirable)
3. Experience supporting business, operational, or technology change initiatives
4. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, operations, and technology teams
5. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
