Description

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support our leadership team. This is a great entry point for someone who wants to grow in operations, learn AI-powered workflows, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

What you'll do:

• Join team meetings, take notes, and track action items to help ensure follow-through.
• Help draft summaries, follow-up messages, and task assignments after meetings.
• Use AI tools like Claude daily to assist with drafting, research, and document preparation.
• Support the maintenance of simple automations in tools like Zapier or N8n - training provided.
• Work across Asana and Google Workspace to help keep projects organized and on track.
• Relay information between team members and flag delays or unclear ownership to a senior lead.

Who you are:

• Organized and reliable - you follow through and communicate proactively.
• Curious about AI - you've experimented with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• A clear communicator in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable in a remote, video-call-heavy environment.
• Eager to learn and grow into a more senior operations or chief-of-staff role.
