Your Day-to-Day

As an IT Project Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Administering and supporting IAM infrastructure and applications, ensuring seamless authentication and access control.
• Conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing remediation plans.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues, providing expert support to users and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices for IAM.
• Integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
• Implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Developing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security frameworks and identity lifecycle management.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience working with IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
• Experience with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and network security principles.
• Familiarity with Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Perl.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work on-site for the initial months of the role, ensuring a smooth integration process.
