Description
The Opportunity:Onboarding Coordinators serve as the global liaisons between Canadian custodians, clients, Investment Counselors, and Outside Sales. The main responsibilities of this small team include set up and continued maintenance of international client accounts, coordinating transfers, and brainstorming ways to improve current processes. Our mission is to go above and beyond to provide unparalleled service for our clients, while being efficient and proactive.

The Day-to-Day:
- Oversees assigned operational tasks for the setup and funding of new accounts
- Identifies, creates and develops documentation for group
- Supports the growth of the business through various projects
- Follows group and firm policies and procedures and performs due diligence on account information and funding
- Identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions
- Identifies elevations and routes appropriately
- Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents
- Works onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment
- Detail oriented while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Organizes and proactively manages time effectively
- Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity
- Embodies will-do and flexibility to adapt to constant change
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Communicates effectively, both written and verbal
- Maintains client focus and is solution oriented
- Desire to immerse yourself in a new culture and regulatory environment as we expand globally and dominate our chosen markets
- $55,000- $70,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
