Description
Join our collaborative team as an Inspection Management Coordinator at Chase! In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing inspection reports for accuracy. Strong attention to detail is essential, as you will use Microsoft Office to make timely updates and ensure inspections are completed efficiently.Job Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of outstanding inspections to assure timely receipt
- Daily review of inspection and condition report detail to identify discrepancies such as incorrect descriptions, mileage, damage inconsistencies, etc...
- Ensuring the appropriate inspection or condition report is selected for use in End of Term (EOT) Billing.
- Making corrections to inspection or condition reports, ensuring changes are communicated, and documenting the reasons for these corrections or adjustments, along with any instructions or explanations of special conditions.
- Manually adding or creating condition reports as needed
- Regular interaction with other internal Chase groups, external auctions, and inspection companies, to resolve exception situations in order to assure timely EOT Billing
Required qualification, capabilities and skills:
- Proficiency in using business tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
- Quick learning ability and strong information retention
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Adherence to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organization and management of personal workflow for efficiency
- Self-motivation, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Preferred experience in Remarketing and Lease End operations
- Preferred experience in auto damage appraisal/inspection writing and vehicle repair
