Infrastructure Project Manager - Global IT Infrastructure Projects

Location: Bad Homburg / Nuremberg, Germany - 5 days onsite per week
Travel: International travel may be required
Visa: Must be eligible to work in Germany without sponsorship

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects? We're looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in a global environment. You'll work across teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects: initiation, planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and BAU transition.

Develop project briefs, schedules, budgets, and resource plans while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Drive governance, quality reviews, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to ensure strong team cohesion and effective communication.

Provide out-of-hours support during project implementations as needed.
What We're Looking For

5-10 years of project management experience delivering medium to large IT Infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and operational methodologies.

PRINCE2 certification or equivalent; Certified Project Manager preferred.

Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects in a global environment, ideally in Consumer Finance or Card Payments.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to change, and motivate virtual teams.

Experience with Vision_PLUS_ is highly desirable.

Available to work onsite 5 days per week in Bad Homburg or Nuremberg, Germany.

Must be eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.
