About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, peoplefocused HR Coordinator to support our multistate flooring operations. You’ll help keep HR processes running smoothly for teams across warehouse, sales, and corporate positions.
Salary based on experience.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding/offboarding and ensure statespecific compliance
Assist with employee relations matters, escalating issues appropriately and helping maintain a positive, safetydriven culture across all locations
Help support payroll making sure new hire information is accurate
Track statespecific requirements such as background checks, certifications, and driver qualification files
Provide daytoday HR support to employees and managers across locations
Answer phone calls and make sure employee files are maintained.
What You Bring
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (multistate or construction/warehouse environment a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
