Description
We are the leading provider in B2B omnichannel commerce for business equipment and are looking for a motivated Global HR Project Manager (all genders) to shape the future of work with us.Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage international HR projects with a focus on process optimization, digital transformation, and organizational development
- Analyze existing HR processes, develop improvement strategies, and design forward-looking solutions
- Implement, standardize, and roll out HR processes (e.g., Bonus, Talent Management, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, HRIS)
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams, business functions, and external partners - acting as both connector and sparring partner
- Drive project communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement at an international level
- Ensure successful execution through clear roadmaps, timelines, and KPI-based project tracking
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in international HR project management, ideally within matrix organizations or corporate environments
- Proven expertise in the implementation of HR systems and processes (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, ADP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of modern HR structures, employee experience, and HR digitalization
- Highly motivated, structured thinking
- Strong communication skills, confident presence, and resilience - you operate effectively in demanding stakeholder environments
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
