The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, highly motivated digital Intern for Summer 2026. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of advertising, media, and political communications — built for someone who wants real experience, not coffee runs.
You'll be embedded in our digital workflow across supporting campaigns and efforts that actually move the needle.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the placement and delivery of digital ad assets across platforms, including Meta, YouTube, programmatic display, and connected TV
- Coordinate digital asset organization and file management — ensuring the right creative is in the right format for the right platform
- Help manage content calendars and creative versioning across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Support the team in pulling and organizing performance data from digital ad platforms to assist with reporting
- Collaborate with producers, digital strategists, and designers in a fast-moving, multi-project environment
- Stay current on emerging digital platforms, ad formats, and media trends — we expect our team to know what's next
- Learn how to use AI to move as fast as possible
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Genuine interest in advertising production, GOP political communications, and media
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Proficient on a MAC and in Google Workspace
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus

This is a fully in-person position in Annapolis, MD — presence and participation are part of the job. This is the kind of internship where, if you show up and lean in, you'll leave with a real portfolio of work and real professional relationships. The internship is paid and will be 3 months long in duration.
