Position: Project Manager

Role Summary:

Seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead an ongoing data lake migration. You'll formalize project management, coordinate global teams, and ensure delivery by June 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and structure the data lake migration project
• Establish governance, schedules, and reporting
• Coordinate with stakeholders in Japan, US, and Germany
• Manage scope, risks, and issues
• Facilitate meetings and executive updates
• Align technical teams for successful delivery

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience (enterprise/IT)
• Managed complex, global projects
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills

Preferred:

• Experience with data/analytics projects
• Knowledge of data lake, Snowflake, or cloud migration
• Experience in global/matrix organizations
