The starting salary for this role is $85,376.
About the role:
The CRM Administrator will manage, support and maintain PenAir's CRM platform. This role is critical to ensure the CRM platform meets the needs of the business through data flows, API integrations, and custom automation workflows. Works closely with CRM Product Owner to ensure strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM administration within a financial services or credit union environment and a passion for improving member experience through data-driven solutions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- CRM System Administration -Administrate and maintain the CRM platform ensuring data integrity, system performance, and user access / privileges. Develops, implements, and maintains automated workflows and required API integrations to support business processes. Collaborate with member experience team to identify CRM needs and implement technology solutions. Analyzes potential needs and recommends improvements and/or modifications to the CRM platform. Develops, defines, and documents procedures, processes, and best practices related to CRM database. Troubleshoots problems and delivers ongoing technical support and training for system users. Develop and maintain API integrations and webhook layers between the core Symitar system, data warehouse, and external data sources using API Management platform (BOOMI). Collaborate with the CRM vendor team to support ongoing enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and implement software patches, while maintaining a strong understanding of the overall CRM architecture and functionality.
- Data & Reporting -Ensure accurate member data entry, segmentation, and deduplication. Generate reports and analytics to support marketing campaigns, member outreach, and operational decisions. Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve member engagement and retention. Integrated Power BI with CRM Platform to create a centralized data access system for the Member Experience team, enabling streamlined reporting and improved decision-making.
- Integration & Compliance -Work with IT and vendors to integrate CRM with core systems, marketing platforms, and other tools. Ensure CRM practices comply with data privacy regulations and credit union policies.
- System Oversight & Enhancement Planning- Collaborate with CRM Product Owner to oversee CRM management, including user access, configuration, and data integrity. Work closely with CRM Product Owner and cross functional teams to plan and phase system enhancements, integrations with credit union systems, and vendor coordination.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience
- 35 years in CRM Administrator, or Data & Analytics experience, preferably within financial services or credit union environments. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and working with Business stakeholders on system enhancements.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field required. Technical Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Creatio (Preferred), Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.).
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and foster collaboration between departments.
Other Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Creatio, Microsoft). Skilled in data and API management using Boomi, with hands-on experience in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
